Datasource Utility
Syntax: dsctl [conf|service] [-ds name] [operation]
Configuration (required if there's more than one service):
  -conf path       - Path to a static-<svc>.properties file
     OR
  -service name    - Name of a replication service to get datasource configuration from
Options:
 [-ds name]        - Name of the datasource (default: global)
Operations:
  get              - Return all available position information
     [-ascmd]      - Return all available position information as command
  set -seqno ###   - Set position (all four parameters required)
      -epoch ###
      -event-id AAAAAAAAA.######:#######
      -source-id AAA.AAA.AAA
     [-reset]      - Optionally reset the information first
  reset            - Clear datasource position information
  help             - Print this help display
