recover
The recover command will attempt to recover and bring online all nodes and services that are not in an ONLINE state.
Usage
recover [sub-command]
The following sub-commands are available:

master using [host] | Recover the primary within a datasource using the specified primary. |
Any previous failed primary nodes will be reconfigured as replicas, and all associated replicator services will be reconciled to connect to the correct primary.
If recovery is unsuccessful, the next step is typically to restore any failed data source from a backup.
